What would become of Korea is the president declares for the national emergency state?(or perhaps the air raid preliminary warning)

In my opinion,it depends on what had caused the national emergency state.Let's presume that the North Korea had invaded our territorial boarder and is attacking and is ifflicting our resients.It is most likely to be hopeless til our army is counterattacking.
What do ya think we ought to do when the war genuinely occurs?How can we preserve and get our foodstuff and by what solution can we survive?

I presume we may as well get some food from our remaing leftovers from our own dwellings.Also,we could save some water by saving them inside our bathtub.
What possibly could we do when the anemy comes down and down and reaches our dwellings? Would circumstances and affairs be totally tangled and hopeless or shall we have at least a single preion toward the affair?
